Ever make a decision then just stop and think, now what? We know the feeling. That’s why Sheffield Futures are hosting a new event Now What? on Monday 25th September (from 4-6pm) at Star House to support young people who feel at a crossroads, stuck in their decisions and not sure what their next steps will be.
Now What? will be showcasing all that Sheffield Futures has to offer for young people struggling to navigate their paths forward. Bringing together partners and peers from our Sheffield community – including our ‘Star House-mates’: Street League, Pet-XI, Say-It, and The Suit Works – Now What? is an opportunity to find solutions to common problems, create coping strategies, and explore the different choices available.
If you (or someone you support) has made a decision about your future that you’re not sure about – whether it’s an academic choice, employment, housing or something else – come along to Star House to chat to expert providers who can show you what’s on offer and help you get on the right track. We’ll also be taking you through coping strategies for dealing with decisions that you’re not happy with.
This is a free event aimed at ages 13-19. There’ll be refreshments available and some of our talented young people from Door43 will be keeping us entertained with live music performances.
Got any questions about the event? Send us an email.
