Partner with us

Together we can do better for Sheffield’s young people.

We want young people to feel well and to access the training, education and employment that’s right for them.

Working together, we can achieve this and more.

We believe that young people in Sheffield deserve the best support and opportunities.

But that’s not the reality right now.

We need funding to keep providing support to young people.

We want to work with businesses that will help us continue to deliver our services, and those that want to create big, positive changes in Sheffield.

From one-off donations to multi-year partnerships, we’re here to work with you, and we’re ready to get started!

How does it work?

Here are some of the ways you can support the young people we serve:

  • making a corporate donation

  • sponsoring part of our work

  • fundraising in the workplace

  • conducting mock interviews and giving constructive and supportive feedback to young people receiving employability support

  • offering work placements, apprenticeships or employment

  • commissioning our Young Advisors to youth-proof or support your work

Making a corporate donation to Sheffield Futures is a great first step to creating a better future for young people.

Strategic partnerships

Where your business objectives align with our aims, we can create meaningful change for young people.

  • Do you want to attract and retain younger staff?

  • Do you aim to increase support for staff wellbeing?

  • Do you want to support young people to have a voice?

  • Do you want to make a big difference locally?

  • Do you want to secure a legacy and succession plan for your business?

Charity of the year

Choosing Sheffield Futures as your Charity of the Year will help to raise awareness of the challenges faced by Sheffield’s young people.

We can give you free places in challenge events, ideas on how to engage your staff, and workplace talks on topics such as mental wellbeing and supporting young people in the workplace.
